I got no idea what sorta genius came up with this marketing scheme.
As to chalk lines, I suspect the set of people who want to buy a chalk like and don’t already know that is very, very small. In fact, I bet a good number of the folks who post here (What, 3 out of the dozen of us?), don’t even know what a chalk line is.
note: those in the biz call it a chaulk box..
“chaulk?” I thought we kicked out superfluous U’s with the British back in the 18th century…
