Trackback Spam

Anyone know a good trackback spam blocker for wordpress? Spam Karma just isn’t cutting it for that right now, and I am bloody tired of cleaning it up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Failing all else, is there a way to set it up so that all trackbacks go into the moderation queue?
I hear you. I made a post about the iPhone recently and was cleaning out trackback spams continually (as in “as soon as I cleared out the existing ones, there were new ones to clear out”) for hours afterwards.
I’m starting to wonder if there is any point to trackbacks any more.

not that I have been able to find. Spam Karma, for all its good, isn’t the clearest tool.

Same thing here. I am this close to just turning trackbakcs off, but I like the conversational nature of trackbacks.
I just shut mine off. There’s info on how to do that at this link:

Follow the links for the query to shut it off on old posts.
Those darn presidential link farms got the better of me.
I looked everywhere for a solution and settled on turning them off. There is a WP plugin for putting all trackbacks in moderation, but it didn’t work for me. You can also try antileech, to stop content theft, but it didn’t work for me, either.
I think trackbacks are ultimately a Good Thing, but for now they’re worse than useless.
